Delivery Information

We aim to ship all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. We usually ship using Royal Mail 48 which has an estimated transit time of 2-3 working days, but we also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for urgent orders. Please note this is a delivery aim rather than promise and at busy times of year we may take longer to ship- if your order is urgent, please call us on 01225 812101 to confirm latest despatch times. Carriage is a flat rate of £3.50 for post, with free postage over £30. If you choose the courier option you will be charged £9.

Returns Information: We accept returns within 30 days of the order date. Unless faulty, goods must be in unused and resaleable condition. If you wish to return an item please send it back with a copy of the order enclosed and a reason for the return. We will process refunds within 3 working days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return postage- we recommend you use a trackable service.

On the rare occasion that goods are faulty, please contact us via email to let us know what the problem is- we will fix it for you! Generally there's no need to return faulty items but we do need images of the issue. If a return is required, we will cover return postage.
